The festival of Dussehra, also known as Vijayadashami, is celebrated with great enthusiasm across India. It marks the victory of good over evil and symbolizes the triumph of Lord Rama over the demon king Ravana. To teach the students, how to conquer all our evils and purify the soul, we at Swarnprastha Public School, celebrated this auspicious occasion on 20 October 2023 (Friday). Students of class Nursery and LKG made the craft of Ravana while the students of UKG chose to prepare beautiful finger puppets. The Dussehra craft-making provided a platform for students to learn about and celebrate the rich cultural heritage of our country. The event was a visual treat and an educational experience that highlighted the importance of good triumphing over evil. During this celebration, Principal of the school, Mr. Rohit Panda, and the Headmistress,  Ms. Megha Kaushik appreciated the students’ hard work and dedication fostering a sense of pride and motivation among the young minds.
