Earth Day Celebration

22 April 2024

Earth is our planet and home to an incredible diversity of life.

So, it is our duty to take care of it. Keeping this in mind, the children of grades Nursery -2 celebrated Earth Day on 22 April 2024. Each class enthusiastically carried out a variety of activities that taught them about the planet Earth and the various ways to preserve it. Teachers escorted children to the allotted locations for the plantation drive and shared information regarding the same. Apart from creative craft and colouring activities, the children were also shown short videos about the importance of saving water, reducing pollution, recycling waste and growing plants. Students were also amazed to see the teachers making cloth bag with the help of some waste t-shirts.
