Career Counselling & Guidance Session – From Dreams to Destination

Knowledge is power and with a strong desire to empower the student community of Swarnprastha Public School, Principal Mr. Rohit Panda, conducted an insightful session on 13 August 2025 for Class 9 to 12, to introduce the dedicated career guidance and option website launched by CBSE.

As we step into the 21st century, Indians have increasingly recognized that the need of the hour is skill enhancement. In line with this vision and keeping in mind the demanding schedules of students, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has launched a dedicated career guidance website, “http://cbsecareerguidance.in”. This platform aims to help students find their direction in an increasingly competitive world, while ensuring both psychosocial well being and fulfilling career opportunities.

The website provides real time information about careers, colleges, examinations, courses, fee structures and also offers step by step guidance through curated videos, data and resources. This ambitious initiative seeks to empower students by helping them identify their ideal career fit, understand future growth prospects, assess salary ranges and explore long term opportunities.
